Former Director of USD Legal Clinic Dies at 74

SAN DIEGO - Charles Lynch strongly believed that law students best learn through practice in actual cases, so after he became the first full-time director of the University of San Diego School of Law's legal clinic in 1971, he expanded the program to three off-campus sites. The clinic offers direct assistance, but not representation to the public via the students.
