Suit Filed in S.D. Shooting of Ex-Football Player
SAN DIEGO - The mother of a former professional football player who died after he was shot 13 times by San Diego police offices has filed a federal civil rights lawsuit alleging the shooting of Demetrius DuBose was without justification, in violation of established law and police procedures, and done with malice.
