Same Name, Wrong Man - Police Sued

HEMET - Police here made a serious mistake when they arrested Robert Morris on a warrant Jan. 21. The Robert Morris they were looking for was a black man with a thin mustache and an earring. The Morris they arrested and held in the Riverside County Jail for three weeks was a white man with no mustache or earring, who reportedly suffers from schizophrenia.
