DA's Office Concedes Some Records of Wiretaps Withheld

With Los Angeles County prosecutors conceding they had not complied with one portion of his order regulating their use of wiretaps, a Superior Court judge Wednesday agreed to hold an evidentiary hearing into defense bar allegations that prosecutors were guilty of other violations as well.
