DA Files Murder Charges in Prank Shooting Death

SANTA ANA - A Buena Park man accused of shooting and killing a high school student over the theft of a Halloween pumpkin decoration pleaded not guilty Wednesday to charges of murdering the teen as well as counts of use of a firearm in connection with murder and assault with a deadly weapon.
