Deputy DA's Discrimination Suit Gets Under Way
SAN DIEGO - The first witness testifying in a lawsuit alleging employment discrimination and retaliation against a former deputy district attorney said his designated duties did not include human resources issues, even though it was his investigation and preparation of a memorandum that is at the heart of the suit.
