Hollywood Mogul Indicted for $1.5 Billion International Scheme
The decade-long saga of fugitive Italian financier and former Hollywood mogul Giancarlo Parretti reached another climax Tuesday with the unveiling of a sealed 55-count federal indictment in Los Angeles charging Parretti and an accomplice with conspiracy, securities fraud and other acts in an international scheme that netted at least $1.5 billion.
