Political or Malicious? That Is the Question

But John Merzweiler wasn't trying to lure people into checking out a local yard sale or purchasing a cheap dinner at a local restaurant. Merzweiler, a political gadfly, had a different agenda - directing people to the home of city Police Chief Ron Lowenberg.
