Judge Closes Hearing to Recuse S.D.Bench
SAN DIEGO - Superior Court Judge David M. Gill closed his courtroom to spectators and the news media Wednesday as arguments were about to begin on whether all San Diego County Superior Court judges should be disqualified from hearing a murder case.. After a two-hour hearing, Gill reopened his courtroom and announced that no decision had been reached.
