Attorney Will Seek Judge's Disqualification

LAGUNA NIGUEL - A Mission Viejo attorney plans to file a motion disqualifying Orange County Superior Court Judge Pamela Iles from his clients' case, amid allegations that Iles posed prejudicial questions to the defendant out of the presence of his former attorney.
