Another lawsuit filed in Isla Vista rampage

A UC Santa Barbara student is suing the university, the county, the sheriff's department and the gunmen's parents for negligence in last year's Isla Vista rampage.

A second lawsuit has been filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court as a result of
last year's Isla Vista rampage that ended in seven deaths.


UC Santa Barbara student Keith Cheung is suing gunman Elliot Rodger's parents, Peter
and Li Chin Rodger, Santa Barbara County, Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Department
