Jury awards $101 million to medical device maker in patent case

A San Diego jury has awarded a medical device maker more than $101 million in damages in a patent infringement case over products used in spinal surgery.

A federal jury in San Diego has awarded a medical device maker more than $101 million in damages in a patent infringement case involving products used in spinal surgery.
