Gov. Jerry Brown on Wednesday named nine judges to superior courts in Los Angeles, Kern, Stanislaus and Orange counties.
In Los Angeles County, 55-year-old Keith H. Borjón, a supervising deputy attorney general at the California Department of Justice and a Democrat, will fill a vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Charles W. McCoy.
