Judge grants city's injunction against medical marijuana delivery app

A Los Angeles Superior Court judge granted the city's preliminary injunction Tuesday against Nestdrop LLC, the producer of a mobile app allowing businesses to arrange deliveries of medical marijuana.

LOS ANGELES - A superior court judge here Tuesday granted the city's request for a preliminary injunction against a mobile app that allows businesses to arrange deliveries of medical marijuana.


Judge Robert H. O'Brien ruled Nestdrop LLC cannot make deliveries of medical marijuana because it's prohibited under Proposition D, the city's recently passed medical marijuana law.
