Cloud storage company hit with 2nd class action suit

Kabateck Brown Kellner LLP filed suit against online storage company Bitcasa Inc. after it eliminated an unlimited cloud storage plan, saying Bitcasa gave customers insufficient notice.

Prominent plaintiffs' firm Kabateck Brown Kellner LLP on Wednesday filed a class action against Bitcasa Inc., a San Mateo-based cloud storage company, for abruptly ending an unlimited storage plan and giving customers less than a month to migrate their data out of the cloud.
