Powerful plaintiffs' law firm jumps into fray of Sony suits

Michael W. Sobol of Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein LLP is suing Sony Pictures on behalf of former and current employees whose data was leaked in the massive hacking of company data.

The crisis facing Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc. following a massive data breach last month was ratcheted up Wednesday when attorney Michael W. Sobol from powerhouse plaintiffs' law firm Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein LLP announced it has also filed a class action lawsuit against the studio on behalf of employees.
