Riverbed taps Wilson Sonsini in sale to private equity

The networking equipment maker relied on its longtime counsel at Wilson Sonsini in its $3.6B sale to Thoma Bravo. The Chicago-based private equity firm received counsel from Kirkland & Ellis.
