DLA hires private equity specialist out of Dewey's Silicon Valley office
Paul P. Chen specializes in cross-border transactions with Asia-based companies.

DLA Piper has hired a corporate partner from struggling Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP.
Paul P. Chen will work out of DLA Piper's East Palo Alto office. Chen represents private equity buyers and sellers in merger and acquisitions work and specializes in cross-border transactions with Asia-based companies. He previously split his time between Dewey?s New York and East Palo Alto offices and formerly headed Dewey?s Hong Kong office.
