Dewey issues WARN Act notice to all employees

Stephen Horvath, executive partner of Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP issued a memo to all U.S. Dewey personnel notifying them they may be permanently terminated.

Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP issued a memo to all of the firm's U.S. personnel, notifying them they may be permanently terminated, according to a person who received the notice.

The memo was issued Friday by Stephen Horvath, executive partner of Dewey. A Dewey employee notified the Daily Journal Friday and provided a copy of the memo, which reads as follows:
