Walnut Creek real estate law firm Miller Starr Regalia has opened a Newport Beach office and hired the former vice president and general counsel of a national home construction company to run it.
Paul E. Mosley, formerly of J.F. Shea Co. Inc., has signed on as a shareholder with Miller Starr to manage its Southern California office, the firm announced Tuesday.
