Baker & McKenzie attorney removed from criminal case

A federal judge has removed a well-known Baker & McKenzie LLP attorney from a criminal case after prosecutors claimed he witnessed conduct related to charges in the indictment .

SAN FRANCISCO - A federal judge has removed a well-known Baker & McKenzie LLP attorney from a criminal case after prosecutors claimed he witnessed conduct related to charges in the indictment.
