LOS ANGELES - The former president of the Los Angeles Police Commission and white-collar criminal defense partner at Proskauer Rose LLP has decamped to Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP.
Anthony Pacheco, who worked at Proskauer for 12 years, began work at Jeffer on Monday and said he made the move to improve his platform at a firm that's Southern California-centric.
