Shearman & Sterling LLP has bolstered its Palo Alto office with the addition of partner Richard C. Hsu, the firm announced Thursday.


Hsu specializes in intellectual property and technology licensing transactions. He arrived at Shearman after a 13-month stay at the Redwood City office of King & Spalding LLP.
