Two Sherman Oaks lawyers sanctioned for frivolous appeal

A Los Angeles appellate panel on Friday slapped two Sherman Oaks lawyers with a $22,000 sanction and referred them to the State Bar for filing a frivolous appeal in a dispute with a court reporter service.

A Los Angeles appellate panel on Friday slapped two Sherman Oaks lawyers with a $22,000 sanction and referred them to the State Bar for filing a frivolous appeal in a dispute with a court reporter service.
