Sacramento Municipal Utility District names GC

Laura O. Lewis was named general counsel of the Sacramento Municipal Utility District, the company announced Monday.

Laura O. Lewis was named general counsel of the Sacramento Municipal Utility District, the company announced Monday.

Lewis, a 14-year veteran of the utility company and its chief assistant general counsel since 2013, was appointed by the SMUD Board of Directors to fill the position following former general counsel Arlen R. Orchard's recent appointment to general manager and CEO.
