Control your modulus of elasticity in mediation
In a trial, as in pole vaulting, there's enormous complexity and rarely a perfect application of force.
The term "modulus of elasticity" refers to a mathematical method of determining the degree of "elastic deformation" of an object, e.g., how much an object will bend.
