Ares Management taps Proskauer for IPO
Ares will be the first private equity firm to go public since the market debut of The Carlyle Group in May 2012.

Proskauer Rose LLP is advising Los Angeles-based private equity firm Ares Management LP in its planned $100 million initial public offering.
Los Angeles partners Michael A. Woronoff and Philippa M. Bond are leading the Proskauer team.
