Wrongfully imprisoned inmate settles suit

The justice's passing probably benefits unions, but outcome of Friedrichs is unclear

An inmate who was wrongfully imprisoned for 518 days settled Tuesday for more than $500 per day, an amount which could prove to be a sign of things to come as his attorneys prepare a larger class action suit.
