PASADENA - A 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals panel Thursday entertained a photographer's claims that Live Nation Merchandise Inc. willfully infringed upon his copyrighted photos, but nonetheless voiced concerns that allowing the case to go to trial could result in a disproportionately large compensation for statutory damages.
