TransPerfect, MotionPoint resolve contentious, long-running lawsuit

Rival providers of website language translation services reach settlement in patent dispute.

TransPerfect Global Inc. and MotionPoint Corp., rival providers of website language translation services, have reached a settlement in their patent dispute, the companies' legal teams announced in court documents filed Wednesday. Terms of their agreement were not disclosed.
