Eric J. Troutman, a prominent Telephone Consumer Protection Act defense attorney, has joined Dorsey & Whitney LLP as a partner, the firm announced Tuesday.
The addition of Troutman - and four of his associates along with him - expands the international firm's consumer financial services practice to more than 20 attorneys.
