State high court to decide parole revocation deadlines

The California Supreme Court will decide whether strict scheduling deadlines apply to parole revocation hearings.

The state Supreme Court accepted Wednesday a case that asks whether trial judges must adhere to strict deadlines when holding parole revocation hearings for criminal offenders.
