Leader in Civility Made It His Legacy

Richard I. Roemer, a prominent civil lawyer who founded a chapter of the American Inns of Court in Riverside County, died Friday. Roemer was a name partner with Roemer Harnik & Nethery in Indian Wells. He died of complications from stomach surgery at the age of 80.
