SAN FRANCISCO - After initiating a closely watched suit against Target Corp.'s Web site alleging failure to accommodate blind computer users, Berkeley-based Disability Rights Advocates is again taking aim at online commerce, this time with a proposed class action against one of the country's largest Internet travel agencies.
