Attorney John J. Quinn, a cheerful lion of the courtroom and a beloved mentor to dozens of lawyers and judges, died Sunday. He was 84.
Known as "Jack" to his friends, Quinn helped build the Los Angeles office of what is now Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP, where he was partner until he retired in 2013. Before then, he was a founding partner of Quinn, Kully & Morrow...
