Senate Approves Lorenz; Sets a Vote on Fisher

WASHINGTON-The U.S. Senate on Friday confirmed San Diego attorney M. James Lorenz to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California and scheduled votes on several other judicial nominees - including 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals candidate Raymond C. Fisher.
