PG&E invests $10 million in affordable project

San Jose - The city, Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority, PG&E and Hayward-based Eden Housing Inc. celebrated the groundbreaking of Ohlone-Chynoweth Commons in September. The $31 million project in the Blossom Hill area of San Jose will provide 194 apartments for families earning less than 60 percent of Santa Clara County's median income of $82,600.
