Solano County apartments get Sonoma County price

A 396-unit apartment complex that closed escrow in September sold for $27 million, according to Colin Mackenzie, an investment specialist in the San Francisco office of Palo Alto-based Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage.
