L.A.'s Cooper Appears Before Senate Committee for Confirmation Hearing
WASHINGTON - Los Angeles Superior Court judge Florence-Marie Cooper, tapped for California's Central U.S. District Court, and Seattle attorney Ronald M. Gould, a pick for the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, appeared with a handful of other judicial nominees Tuesday for a confirmation hearing before the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee.
