Historic winery sells for $100 million

In another example of the soaring prices for California vineyards, Stimson Lane Vineyards and Estates acquired the historic 3,000-acre Guenoc Winery in Middletown for approximately $100 million. The sale includes an adjoining 20,000-acre cattle ranch.
