Buyers beat the market in office building deal
San Francisco - Los Angeles-based McCarthy Cook & Co. and New York-based Blackstone Real Estate Advisors agreed to pay $60 million for a 20-story, 225,000-square-foot office building at 33 New Montgomery St.
