Rampart Suit Too Late, Judge Rules

The same day that U.S. District Judge Gary Feess rejected a city of Los Angeles motion claiming a Rampart-related civil rights lawsuit was not filed within the statute of limitations, a colleague ruled that another Rampart civil rights case had not been filed in time.
