Small Screen Boss Gets Big Picture

^^COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT^^ Despite Columbia Picture Television Inc.'s termination of licensing agreements with C. Elvin Feltner, Feltner willfully continued to broadcast four programs to which Columbia held copyrights, a jury determined in Columbia Pictures Television Inc. v. Feltner, CV916847ER (C.D. Cal., April 8, 1999).

        Despite Columbia Picture Television Inc.'s termination of licensing agreements with C. Elvin Feltner, Feltner willfully continued to broadcast four programs to which Columbia held copyrights, a jury determined in Columbia Pictures Television Inc. v. Feltner, CV916847ER (C.D.
