Lawyer Will Head Obama Military Office

President-elect Barack Obama announced Tuesday the selection of former California lawyer and legislator Louis E. Caldera, a Secretary of the Army under President Bill Clinton, to head the White House Military Office.

WASHINGTON - President-elect Barack Obama announced Tuesday the selection of former California lawyer and legislator Louis E. Caldera, a Secretary of the Army under President Bill Clinton, to head the White House Military Office.

Caldera will oversee the coordination of military operations for the president, including oversight over Air Force One, Camp David and trips stateside and abroad.
