Boy's Family Sues Costco Over Hearing Aid

The parents of 12-year-old Quinn Sullivan, who is hearing-impaired, are of modest means. So when they learned that Costco Companies Inc., the mega-warehouse wholesale chain, sold hearing aids for about half the price of other retailers, they contacted the Costco in Burbank to inquire about buying a set.
