In S.F., Legal Fee Foot-Dragging

Commissioners of the San Francisco Housing Authority testified in Superior Court before Judge Ernest H. Goldsmith on Friday that they had not taken any steps to obtain or secure money to pay $15 million in three unpaid legal judgments that date back seven years.
