INDUSTRIAL SAN DIEGO - Event Rentals Inc., doing business as Classic Party Rentals, signed a 10-year, $4.6 million lease for 72,275 square feet of industrial space at 7069 Consolidated Way from the Belinsky Family Partnership. Arnie Friedman and Andrew Zimsky of Colliers International represented the lessor. Tucker Hohenstein of Burnham Real Estates Services represented the lessee.
