Sonoma Judge Suspected of DUI After Crashing Car
SAN FRANCISCO - Sonoma County Superior Court Judge Elaine Rushing, who has handed down maximum sentences in DUI cases she has handled, was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving after crashing her car near her Santa Rosa home.
