Federal Judge Recuses Himself From Case After Order Reversal
LOS ANGELES - U.S. District Judge Terry J. Hatter Jr. has recused himself from the long-pending criminal case against alleged members of Nazi Low Riders prison gang after the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals reversed his order granting bail to one of the defendants.
