Schwarzenegger Appoints Lawyers

Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger announced three appointments to various state boards and positions in May. The governor appointed attorney Joseph M. Miller of Los Angeles, a Democrat, to serve as chairman and commissioner of the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board.. Miller is the principal of the Law Offices of Joseph M. Miller, based in Los Angeles.
